These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Dharmakart.in, operated by TECHDHARMA SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.

Account and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account, billing, shipping and contact information, protect your credentials and use the platform lawfully. You must not submit fraudulent orders, interfere with security, misuse content or attempt unauthorised access.

Products, sellers, pricing and stock

Products may be sold by Dharmakart or registered sellers identified on the platform. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Reasonable care is taken to present product information and images accurately, but packaging or appearance may vary because of manufacturer updates, lighting or screen settings. Stock is subject to confirmation during order processing.

Orders and payments

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment or Cash on Delivery verification, stock confirmation and processing. An order may be cancelled and refunded if affected by incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, an unserviceable address, suspected fraud or a technical error.

Dharmakart branding, website design and original content are owned by or licensed to TECHDHARMA SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. Disputes are subject to competent courts having jurisdiction over the company’s principal place of business.
