Cancellation window

You may request cancellation promptly after ordering and within 3 days, provided the order has not been dispatched, handed to a courier, customised, made to order or entered a non-cancellable processing stage.

How to request cancellation

Use the account/order section where available or email hello@dharmakart.in with the order number, registered details and reason. A request is final only after approval.

Exceptions

Personalised, customised, made-to-order, opened hygiene-sensitive, digital, clearance or final-sale products may not be cancellable once processing begins. Orders affected by unavailable stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud or unserviceable addresses may be cancelled by the platform or seller.

Refund after cancellation

For an approved prepaid cancellation, the eligible refund is initiated to the original payment method within 4–5 working days. The bank or provider may require additional credit time. No refund is due on an unpaid Cash on Delivery order.
